Shipping/Delivery Information

LoveAndVows.com uses USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL shipping services. LoveAndVows.com decides which company/method to use.

Orders shipping to P.O. Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, Canada and APO / Military ship via USPS. We do not offer 2 Day Air and Overnight shipping to these areas.

We DO NOT accept orders from outside the U.S. or Canada.

IMPORTANT BILLING INFORMATION: The billing information you supply to us MUST match the address where you receive your credit card statement. You may choose to ship your order to another address. Providing incorrect billing information may automatically void your order. This is to help prevent credit card fraud.

How soon will my order ship?

Orders without personalized items usually leave our warehouse in 2-3 business days. Orders with personalized merchandise may take up to 14 days to ship, although most ship sooner. Occasionally, items are backordered. This is usually listed in the item description.

Once orders leave our warehouse, they usually arrive within 2-8 business days. Shipments to Canada, U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO / Military addresses may take longer (10-21 business days).

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes! LoveAndVows.com ships to US Post Office boxes via US Mail only.

Do you have a minimum required order?

No! Unlike some websites, we accept orders of any size with no minimum order charge.

What methods of payments do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit or debit cards. Credit or debit card statements will reflect a charge to J & L Bridal Accessories We do not accept any other type of payment (mail in orders, American Express, etc.)

Having a problem checking out?

Our storefront uses cookies to aid in our customers' shopping experience. These cookies track only two kinds of information: your shopping cart and your user id (username). If your browser does not accept cookies, you will have difficulty shopping at LoveAndVows.com (and most other shopping sites). Can I pick up items at your store instead of having them shipped?

Yes! If you are in the Appleton, Wisconsin area and wish to pick up at our office (see address below), please e-mail us at CustomerService@LoveAndVows.com after placing your order. We'll check stock and let you know via e-mail when your order will be available for pickup. If you choose to pick up your order at our office, we will credit any shipping charges our website has applied to your order.

I placed an order, but did not receive an order confirmation in my e-mail.

This is usually caused by an e-mail filter at your service provider that believes our mail is junk mail. Please check your junk mail folder and add us to your "safe" list.

What are your shipping and handling rates?

We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. The prices are displayed at checkout and are usually enough to cover the actual shipping cost plus material (boxes, packing material, labels, etc.) and the time it takes to package the items (wages).

Two Day Air and Overnight available on many U.S. orders, prices will be shown at checkout. Two Day Air and Overnight does not include weekend days or holidays.

Canadian orders cost more and the Canadian shipping cost will be displayed before you confirm your order. This is calculated after our system collects your address information.

What about shipping fragile items?

Most shipments are insured against damage. This DOES NOT include candles melting in hot weather. We always recommend shipping candle products Overnight as neither the shipping company or LoveAndVows.com will be held responsible if candles arrive melted.

If you receive something damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at CustomerService@LoveAndVows.com. All requests for damage replacements or credits MUST be made via e-mail. This is to provide a paper trail to follow as most shipping companies require this for damage claims. Requests for damage replacements or credits will NOT be accepted by phone. We will advise you to e-mail us the request.

Do you ever have sale prices?

We do occasionally run sales on selected items. www. LoveAndVows.com staff is unable to tell you when the next sale is coming or what the prices will be. Promotions cannot be combined (i.e. free shipping and volume discounts). Also, current sale prices or promotions never apply to prior sales.

Can I return items to LoveAndVows.com?

Most items can be returned within 30 days of order date. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for costs associated with sending items back to www.LoveAndVows.com. NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER.

All RMA requests MUST be made by e-mail to CustomerService@LoveAndVows.com and include your invoice or confirmation number. Requests for RMA numbers by phone are not accepted.

LoveAndVows.com will not accept ANY returns if we fail to receive the items back to us within 30 (thirty) days of issuing an RMA number.

Any return over 30 days from original order date will not be accepted for refund or exchange. Damaged / opened / used products will not be accepted for refund or exchange. The above return policy applies to online sales only. For in-store or purchases made at a show, consult a J & L Bridal Accessories / www.LoveAndVows.com representative.

Personalized merchandise may not be returned for refund under any circumstances. Exchange is possible if mistake was made by www.LoveAndVows.com or item is defective. If mistake was made by customer when personalized product was ordered, you will be charged to replace that item. If your shipment is damaged in shipping or has an error, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your shipment. Any exceptions to our policies are at the sole discretion of www.LoveAndVows.com personnel and will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price as decided by www.LoveAndVows.com personnel. Decisions made by LoveAndVows.com personnel are final.

Can I cancel my order?

www.LoveAndVows.com will make every possible attempt to cancel your order if requested. We are unable to cancel any items that involve personalization if the item is already in process. For fastest service in this situation, please e-mail us at Customer_Service@LoveAndVows.com and/or call us at 920-993-1110. If we are unable to cancel your in-process order, and it has not shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of the item, less shipping charges if you choose not to receive the item. If the item has shipped, you will be responsible for the item's cost and shipping charges.

Undeliverable Addresses:

If an order is returned to us from the shipping company due to it being undeliverable, you will be charged to send it out again. If the mistake was made by LoveAndVows.com personnel, you will not be charged again.

Refused Delivery Orders:

If an order is returned to us because it was refused by the receiver, you will receive a refund for the merchandise only. Under no circumstances will shipping charges be refunded.

Also, all requests for RMA numbers (Return Authorization) or shipping damage replacement requests MUST be made by e-mail to CustomerService@LoveAndVows.com. LoveAndVows.com must keep a paper trail for these requests, therefore requests by phone will not be honored.
